The Route of the Lleidatan Castles
One of the most stimulating itineraries that Lleidatan lands have to offer is the "Route of the Castles: A Trip to the Past".
Medieval castles and fortresses abound in the comarca, and the guided visits to the castles offer the opportunity to find out about the history of the so-called "Castile of Catalonia".
These well-preserved fortresses send visitors back in time to the Middle Ages, a period in which this zone represented the landmark between the Arab and Christian worlds.
The classic route of the Lleidatan castles includes 5 fortresses: Montsonís, Montclar, Florejacs, Les Pallargues and Vicfred.

Single-person visit, no pre-booking: Saturdays: 17.00, 18.00, and 19.00; Sundays: 11.00, 12.00, 13.00.
